2. Scope
This policy applies to all current and future mobile applications published by Bilqisium on Apple’s App Store (collectively, “Apps”).
3. Data We Collect
We only collect anonymous usage data required for performance analysis and diagnostics. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

4. How We Use Data
- Monitor app stability and fix bugs
- Measure aggregate performance (e.g., screen-load time)
- Ensure the Apps function as intended on different devices and OS versions
No tracking: We do not link data to third-party data for targeted advertising or ad measurement.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate Firebase (Google LLC) for crash reporting and analytics. Firebase receives only the anonymous diagnostic data described above and processes it on our behalf under strict contractual safeguards.

6. Legal Bases & Your Rights
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies, our legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and performance of our Apps (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You have the right to:
- Request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold (note: we generally cannot identify you in the data we collect).
- Object to processing for analytics (you can disable analytics in the App’s settings at any time).
California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Because we do not sell or share personal information, the opt-out right under § 1798.120 does not apply.
7. Security
We use industry-standard data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and restrict access to aggregated analytics within our organization.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Retention & Deletion
Anonymous diagnostic data may be retained indefinitely to track app stability trends over time. You may request deletion of any data that could reasonably be linked to your device by emailing contact@bilqisium.com.
10. Changes
We will update this policy when needed and post the new version here. Significant changes will be highlighted in-app.
